Impregnated walnut granulate is intended for the final stage of jewelry processing – polishing in disc finishing machines in dry finishing technology. Walnut shell is available in several gradations – from coarser, e.g. H-100 for preliminary polishing, to very fine walnut such as H-500 for finishing polishing. Walnut shell is used together with PA-1 and PA-2 polishing pastes.
Application
- Dry polishing process: pre-polishing and finishing
- Polishing of prcious metals (gold, silver, alpaca, platinum )
- Excellent for lighter, flat workpieces with a tendency to pack
