Plastic chips are grinding chips, but they are much more delicate than ceramic chips. The colours of the chips vary depending on their abrasive power. Black chips are the most aggressive and are used for rough grinding, then green – for preliminary grinding, blue for fine grinding, and white chips are the most delicate and have a smoothing effect. Pink and brown chips are for special applications.
